Description

The development of Public Health Scotland’s has been, from the very beginning, collaborative. In February 2019 the reform team shared with both staff and stakeholders the first major version of the new organisation’s operating model.

The programme listened to hundreds of staff and stakeholders’ opinions about the shape of the document and how it needed to change going forward to better reflect the aspirations of staff and stakeholders.
