The Programme Board no longer meets due to the appointment of the Shadow Chair and the Executive team who are now taking forward the work of implementing the Target Operating Model.  Subsequently, there will be no further papers uploaded.  Those interested in reading past papers can view them with the links provided below.

The Public Health Oversight Board provides advice and support to the reform programme and is made up of representatives from national and local government, NHS Scotland, Health and Social Care, Community Planning, third sector and national public health organisations.

The Public Health Reform Programme Board is responsible for ensuring the Public Health Reform (PHR) programme and its related projects to achieve the required outcomes.

The board will oversee the delivery of the reform programme, reporting to Scottish Ministers and COSLA leaders. The programme board is made up of representatives from national and local government, NHS Scotland, Health and Social Care, Community Planning, third sector and public health experts.
